Kindbit Studio is operated by Poonam Kushwaha. This policy explains what data we collect on kindbitstudio.com, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We keep things simple and transparent.
What We Collect
We only collect information you give us or that arrives automatically:
- Account & purchase info— your name and email when you subscribe or buy something.
- Technical info— IP address, browser type, and device details, gathered automatically when you visit the site.
- Comments & messages— anything you submit through forms, including metadata like your IP and browser user-agent string.
Payments
All payments are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never see or store your card details. Razorpay handles all sensitive payment data on their secure servers.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies:
- Session cookies— expire when you close your browser.
- Login cookies— last between 2 days and 2 weeks depending on whether you choose “remember me.”
We do not use embedded tracking scripts or third-party advertising cookies. Analytics, where present, are limited to what is necessary to understand site performance.
Third-Party Sharing
We share data only when essential to deliver our services — primarily with our payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Your Rights
You can request at any time:
- Data export— a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
- Data erasure— deletion of your personal data from our systems.
If you have an account, you can view and edit your profile information directly. To make a formal request, email us at info@kindbitstudio.com.
Data Retention
