Refund Policy

All KindBit Studio products and services are digital goods. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so here’s how refunds work.
Refund Window
You may request a refund within 5 working daysof your subscription or service activation. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days and credited back to your original payment method.
When Refunds Are Not Available
- After the service has been fully delivered and final payment has been made.
- For downloadable software, digital products, or software subscriptions that have already been accessed or activated.
Partial Refunds
If you cancel a service before it has been fully delivered, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, proportional to the work not yet completed.
Delivery
All products and services are delivered digitally — via online download, email, or WhatsApp. Services are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
