Refunds are allowed if a user is not able to use the software, is facing any difficulties, or is not satisfied and wants to cancel their subscription. Kindly contact us within 5 working days of subscription activated for cancellation.
The processing time for refunds is 3-5 working days, and the refund will be credited back to the original source of payment. However, no refund is possible once the service has been delivered and the final payment has been made after customer satisfaction.

To complete your refund for advance payment, we require an invoice of the payment.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
If the user cancels the service before it could be fulfilled, we may deduct a percentage of the amount before returning the advance payment made towards that service.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
