But, no refund is possible once the service has been delivered and the final payment has been made after customer\u2019s satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"non-returnable-items\">Non-returnable items:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Downloadable software or digital products<\/li><li>Software Subscriptions<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To complete your refund for advance payment, we require an invoice of the payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the user cancels the service before it could be fulfilled, we may deduct a percentage of amount before returning the advance payment made towards that service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"late-or-missing-refunds-if-applicable\">Late or missing refunds (if applicable)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next contact your bank.
